This company fails to follow through on a commitment to a timeline, fails to communicate in an upfront way regarding quotes, and most problematically, fails to take responsibility for mistakes their crew makes.
I am personally not a customer but my son's father, Charles Burke is or was. Overcharged by almost four times the quoted amount, project manager had no knowledge of what his was supposed to be doing and then the company ghosted me. (Updating this review after reading the owners response) Future customers considering Sunshine Restoration, would you like to pay over double what you were quoted without any explination--because trying to negotiate here means they'll send you to collections.
