This company fails to follow through on a commitment to a timeline, fails to communicate in an upfront way regarding quotes, and most problematically, fails to take responsibility for mistakes their crew makes.

Overcharged by almost four times the quoted amount, project manager had no knowledge of what his was supposed to be doing and then the company ghosted me.
