My father, Kevin, visits the IHOP in Lake City, Florida, nearly every day. Today, he was treated terribly by one of the managers and servers, Shae (or Destiny). He sat patiently at his table for 45 minutes waiting to be served. She saw him multiple times but ignored him. She didn’t even bring him a glass of water. Nice company. Easy to work with & good business practices.
The Human Resources department is a joke - rude and pretty much told me to eat dirt. Was just asking for a form I signed that I did not get a copy of. Stay away from this horrible place. Zero respect and obviously don’t care about the employees that go to them to seek assistance
