There’s a young lady who works in your office who I called to ask a question about my mothers property and she was very rude nasty and hateful and I’m thinking about making an official complaint to the real-estate broad because it was uncalled for for her to be that rude…her name is jasmine or jas idk and really don’t care what I do know is she needs to be dealt with

We moved into a personal owned townhouse managed by this company during Covid. We moved into a relatively nice townhouse, but we moved into one that hadn’t been professionally cleaned. They didn’t have any new carpet that hadn’t had the floors redone in years.
