I have been renting from them since December 2021. I have had a great experience. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. I have not had any issues and the option to pay rent through the portal is very convenient. Office staff is very friendly and they were helpful throughout the application process.
Had an apartment with them for 2 years and towards the end of our stay more and more problems kept pilling up that I was told would go away,and then would continue to get the same emails telling me they could pursue legal action if I didn’t pay rent for a home I am no longer in nor desire to be in When approached at first they where nice and sincere but the.
