We recently bought a pre construction home through Sunshine Realty. Jason told us dividing walls could be removed. We were very specific that whether we purchased or not depended on whether this wall can be removed. We were assured we could and it'd be done at the Design Center. Very unprofessional Realtor and communication there by Linda Zhang. She could not answer a single question about a unit she was leasing and kept saying she did not know the answer to basic questions about the property, utilities, and lease agreement. She then said she would send me a lease agreement for an apartment and then bizarrely accused me of providing an invalid phone number for my boss.
