Called several times prior to driving 15 minutes across town. Responded to automatic text but never à response back. Spoke with a rude lady at lafayette location. Rude counter help sends a terrible message to your customers.. I truly wish I never dtove to that location..FRUSTRATED AND DISREPECTED.
