Very nice and organized store, employees were friendly and helpful!
My belt on my zero turn kept popping. I replaced it twice within a week. I decided to let them fix it and see what’s wrong with it, by the way I have a warranty and an extended warranty on it. I had to pay a little over 600 dollars because they said nothing was wrong with it. They replaced my belt and dropped it back off. As soon as I start cutting my grass the belt popped again. To whom it may concern, purchasing a John Deere 1.5 half years ago I have had nothing but problems, it had been in the shop three times, and it has had 4 field techs come out and look at it. Through all of my frustrations and prepared to take John Deere to court, one of your field techs by the name of Scott Mine, came out to look at my tractor.
