Just clarifying my previous review. We submitted a formal request for authorization for a doorbell instalation via email to be presented to the Condo Board in November. We were told it had been submitted and approved. Since then we got communication from Sunshine that it was approved, not approved and even that we needed to submit another written request. They are horrible, I asked for clearance to install a doorbell that most of the other units have, I got denied, the back and forth of emails started 3 months ago. They lose emails, make you waste a lot of your time dealing with them. I even asked for a model of request, so I would request the proper way. They are not transparent at all, hire them if you like to waste your time.
Terrible service. They create more problems than they solve. I see the only good reviews come from contractors they hire. You will be sorry if you use them
Unprofessional, money grabbing and poorly managed company. Zero regard for tenants and the condition of the property. Makes it difficult to talk to anyone past reception when complaints arise.
