Extremely disappointed with my experience with Sunshine Property Management. Our condominium gym has been closed since February 2026, and as of September 2026, residents still do not have access to it. I understand that repairs and unexpected issues can happen. My biggest concern is the lack of communication and follow-through from property management. I have made multiple attempts to get a clear update and resolution. After purchasing my condo 8 months ago I had some maintenance issues and when I called Sunshine for guidance they were quick to help me and covered all my concerns in a timely manner. Although I was not informed by my lawyer nor my real estate, some issues were my responsibility. The Property manager provided me with accurate and professional advice on how to resolve these issues. I highly recommend Sunshine Property Management.
I've lived in a condo apart of this property management for over 10 years. Thankfully for them the housing market is what it is, as they have attrocious management skills. They refuse to properly manage the buildings leaving little old ladies to take out garbage. They refuse to manage the parking situation, and the condo fees year after year go higher and higher with less service every year.
