Mandy got us our beautiful home and made the process simple and straightforward no extra anxiety! A++ lady would always recommend! The home we rented before she helped us close on our new house was fantastic too! No issues and when we did have something come up it was dealt with immediately.
Rented a property from these guys works orders never got done and when they did they didn’t send anyone that was certified in the area. We have to repair their mini splits at our own cost, deal with the kitchen flooding, outlets speaking and smoking to which the guy living up stairs that’s not an electrical was sent to look at it and of course could not do anything. Reading the reviews of unprofessional and lack of care resonate for me. I was luckily represented by someone that does care, but unfortunately this realtor was on the other side. The HOA fee was grossly misrepresented and no care to confirm for correct information. The home has an induction stove which was never mentioned so that has been horrible to learn.
