Michael Ray helped us buy a house in extraordinarily difficult times. He was patient, meticulous, courteous, and helpful at all times. There literally isn't a single negative thing to say about him or the buying and selling experience we had with him. We will be using him again and recommend him to our family and friends.
Rude and unhelpful. My husband and I were interested in one of Michael's properties so we had our realitor ask a couple of questions through email. He sent back that he didn't know answers including when the "new" carpet was put in and what he did know was already listed in the disclosure. We are no longer interested in the property this was a complete turn off.
Scumbag who took advantage of my grandparents. Do not use this p.o.s.
