Customer service awful. I've waited 2 months for repair.
I could not tell you how bad your customer service is. My wife came home crying after she was not explained how your beds levels work. I am in the customer service industry and the last i checked you do what you can to make a customer happy. Not this place after putting her in a tanning bed she didn't want, she asked if she could up grade to the correct bed. She was told no refunds and she had to pay 5 dollars more every time to get in the bed she wanted to start with. When she called after she calmed down she was told this ... read more

Wow! Great job today patty! Not. You couldn't even refund 4 frigging dollars or give me a credit for later. Seriously! "Do I want a bag of shock!" No I don't want your bag of shock, nor do I ever want anything again from your store! I will tell everybody about your " policy " of no refunds so that they can find a better store that works well with customers. Thank you. Good ridence.!!!!!!
Very poor customer service. Owner does not want to give what is paid for. Won't be back a second time.
