ordered large pie 1050pm they delivered me a dried out pie that was on the counter for how long I don't know. couldn't even make a fresh pie,, they got the cash,, piece of shit business,,, I've been in this business for over 30 years, trying to pull a fast one,,
One of the worst places to ever order food from! I am filing formal complaints with the BBB, the city of white plains, and will see to it something is done. You shouldn't yell at customers, you shouldn't leave food outside!

Don't use the online ordering. I waited over an hour for my food and when I called to check on my order they said they didn't have one. I told them to cancel it and refund my card and I was going elsewhere. Then they tried to confirm my order. I told them to cancel it and still they didn't understand so I demanded someone who spoke better English talk to me. The owner will definitely be hearing of the rude employees, poor customer service, and non-working online ordering system.

The absolute worst delivery management I have ever experienced. Tried to call to find my order and they wouldn't pick up. Rudest costumer service ever. Someone needs to buy them out!!!
They're extremely rude I was attempting to place the same order I made online over the phone because it wouldn't take my address and there was a price difference i asked about it and got hung up on. Never ordering from them again.
