This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The doctor was very unprofessional and disrespectful in the way he spoke to me. He refused to see my daughter simply because her vaccinations were done at a different clinic, and told me not to come back again for that reason. This made it feel like his only concern was money, not the patient’s wellbeing. On top of that, the clinic itself is not clean at all, which is one of the main reasons I chose not to vaccinate my daughter there in the first place. The staf... read more
Very caring and very knowledgeable 10/10 recommend
If you love your kids DO NOT bring them here. The staff here are extremely rude and negligent. They will hang up on you and make you jump through hoops if you request your child’s records and even go as far as pretending to be someone else if you call more than once. They are lazy and incompetent. They don’t even bother uploading records on Kentucky Department of public health that’s just insane. The Doctors will rush you and answer questions so fast with no clear explanation when asked it’s just all around shady. Be very we... read more
