They are very messy! My child appointment had to be rescheduled several times due to Dr. not being in, which is very much an inconvenience when you are a working parent. Phone lines has been down making it difficult to contact office. When you want a copy of your child medical records to transfer they pick and choose what they want they to charge I believe. I received one child's record with no charge. Was told the other child's record will be .25/pg. Then when I got there it was a $25 flat fee.
Dr, Smith was great with my son. She made him vey comfortable, chatted with him, and was thorough in finding out about his medical history. She felt like a family member!
