The physician’s in this office are pretty good but office management is terrible and very unprofessional. I have been in healthcare my entire life so I am very aware of how things should run. I had to reschedule my son Landon’s appt one day because I had just found out I have cancer. The office manager got on the phone and asked me “do you realize that you’ve rescheduled your son’s appts 47% of the time?” As if I wasn’t aware but you would think they would rather have a reschedule than a no show. Honestly I wasn’t impressed from the start. During our newborn appointment our baby began to cry half way through and our doc did not speak and louder or make sure we understood. 10 months down the road we decided to switch to formula off of breastfeeding. I did a ton of research and decided to go with a goat milk based formula for a few reasons. I went to Dr. Pacquing as a kid and now my son goes to Dr. McNeir. Love them both. Dr. McNeir is always friendly and open to questions & I like the questions she asks my kiddo. Asia at the front desk is very nice and helpful too. It’s nice to call a doctors office and not get a rude answering service. Very thankful for everyone❤️
