I recommended 100% , never had problem with staff or doctors. I’ve been taking my kids with them since my first baby was born in 2016 and had their location in Ontario. They’ve always have been very friendly never had bad energy or experience any rudeness. My appointments always on time and waiting time isn’t an issue. 😊

They neverrrrrr answer the phone. I being calling like 40 times already. How can this happen !!!
Doctors are great but staff is HORRIBLE especially FRONT OFFICE they NEVER ANSWER and if they do SHE PUT YOU ON HOLD AND DOESNT LET YOU SAY 1WORD! And will have you on hold for almost 20 mins or until you hang up. Kept my daughter here cause the good doctors but out of the whole 3 years HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ANSWERING SERVICE. If you need something just walk in cause front desk service is CRAZY HORRIBLE
