Zero stars.Never around - door is locked. Phone always goes to vm, who manages this dump “???
Lived here for 7 years and have always had issues here. However, it's gotten worse the past few months as the apartment company has tried to charge me double rent two months in a row now (almost $2,000). Getting in contact with the new manager for any help is a joke. Doors always locked, won't answer phone, and it takes ages to get an email response if you're lucky. I'm disappointed once again with how things are done around here.
3 months here now...doors slaming all the time my car got hit while parked. 30 degrees out disabled 63 no heat reported at 11 am..suppose to be 27 tonight still no heat praying for heat tomorrow...no one is ever in office no real human to call call fow maintenance or rental problems..2 star outta 10..... Update...we have a new property manager seems very pleasant jump right on my issues...fingers crossed she stays. Welcome aboard miss Mallory.
