The best office a person could ask for. My daughter had braces on for 3 years, every staff member is so patient and caring. There are no words to describe how absolutely fantastic Dr. Mansour is. Oh I should mention learning disabled child with motor sensory issues. Need I say more never had a bad visit or any issues.
I am defiantly seeking a second opinion! Not only was I told the room wasn't large enough for both my husband and I and 3 kids (2 were patients) to go in together ...But it was ok to leave my two kids in the waiting room in front of the TV while my husband and I went in with each child.. Who Does this!?!? Kingston Office is in building next to a Bank Safety First We were given a treatment plan that our Pediatrician doesn't even agree with... I will never go back!
After a year of invisalign and knowing Dr Mansour for both orthodontic related on his side and photography related on my side, I will take my daughter no where else, even if I am paying out of pocket, yet have full dental coverage elsewhere. Their office is top notch, in and out appointments despite a patient in every single treatment chair and in the waiting room. The office is immaculately clean, there are two locations in Kingston and Wappingers AND I get to see Elizabeth Mackiewicz Gallagher every time I go in!
