I’ve struggled with iron deficiency and every iron supplement I tried caused bloating or reflux almost immediately. I was nervous to try this one, but it’s been amazing. I’ve been taking it for a few days now with zero stomach issues or side effects. So gentle and easy to tolerate! I also use their Turmeric and Ginger supplements and love those too.
