We had our first visit and I’m rating it a 3 because they did a wonderful job with my daughter’s nails. However, I was not happy with my own results. I did acrylic layover on my natural nails and gel polish. During my manicure, when doing my cuticles, she was cutting and pulling, which caused some cuts and lifted skin. The technician took the cuticle tool from her apron, and I did not see it being disinfected, which made me uncomfortable.
