Not that it’s only been 4 days & i paid over $200 for nails that are already lifting They have absolutely horrible customer service & rush through getting them done. I asked the guy doing my nails if he could fix my thumb just a little bit & immediately caught an attitude. This was my second time coming, and it was the same exact attitude as last time. I just tried to give them a chance I will never return to this nail shop ever again.

The lady rushed my nails, my fingers hurt so bad the next day they are very sores she was pissed off and miserable working on my nails she looked like she hated being there and it was only 2pm . she rushed so fast and did horrible work ! the acrylic is so bumpy when u see them in person tthey look cheap and gross and bulky! I could’ve gone for a private nail tech for how much I paid and would’ve came out better than this crap! They do a good job, especially when the owner Sara does it. But lately, on these occasions that I have gone, I have not liked their service. They make you feel like they are forcing you to do what they want with your nail design. That does not seem like good customer service to me.I think they need to change their customer service because that doesn't reflect well on the business.When I tried to have my cuticle removed, they got upset and I just didn't say anything.
