The lady rushed my nails, my fingers hurt so bad the next day they are very sores she was pissed off and miserable working on my nails she looked like she hated being there and it was only 2pm . she rushed so fast and did horrible work ! the acrylic is so bumpy when u see them in person tthey look cheap and gross and bulky! I could’ve gone for a private nail tech for how much I paid and would’ve came out better than this crap! They do a good job, especially when the owner Sara does it. But lately, on these occasions that I have gone, I have not liked their service. They make you feel like they are forcing you to do what they want with your nail design. That does not seem like good customer service to me.I think they need to change their customer service because that doesn't reflect well on the business.When I tried to have my cuticle removed, they got upset and I just didn't say anything. My mom has been going here for a while and shes had many complaints and has told me about them. Yesterday she went in for a fill and the lady beside her was also getting ger nails done, my mom told me the lady besode her asked for her old nails to be SOAKED OFF. Instead my mom said the lady doing her nails ignored her and started filing the nail off, while she was filing my mom said she ripped off the customers entire fingernail and it started bleeding everywhere. So, yesterday, January 6, 2025, I was in the Federal Way area. I decided to Google "nail salon near me" and chose to give them a try. When I called and spoke with the owner, I asked how much a fill would cost; he stated $40. The girl who did my nails pressured me to add designs to my nails, even after I declined many times, which was annoying.
