Terrible communication & service. I called before i came in asking how much acrylic toes with french tip was and I was told $38. I thought it was cheap when i was on the phone but I asked again and said “38?” and the person on the phone said yes. When I was seated and already starting my service the lady informs me that the price is actually 73 dollars because i’m getting acrylic and french tip and that regular pedicure was only 38. This is my first time to have my nails trimmed here. The environment is very nice and the service staff are also very attentive

The issues I have: service price changes & customer service while at your appointment. I have long natural nails. The dip powder price on the board is $45. When I went a few weeks ago, I was told $55 because my nails are long. The dip powder process takes pretty much the same amount of time for long or short nails. I was annoyed because when I called to make appointment I advised I had long nails, wasn't told about an additional fee. Their fee for services sign doesn't list it. They are always willing to squeeze you in if you don't have an appointment. The place is always clean and comfortable
