I went in just to get my gel polish removed, and it turned into the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I told them multiple times that the gel needed to be properly soaked off, but they wouldn’t listen. Instead, they took a tip nail, shoved it between the gel and my natural nail, and ripped the gel off. Had appointment for pedicure at 10 am didn’t even get started until almost 10:50 do not recommend at all not professional!! They did not care that I had appointment, they wasted my time and then wanted to service me almost an hour later…
