The issues I have: service price changes & customer service while at your appointment. I have long natural nails. The dip powder price on the board is $45. When I went a few weeks ago, I was told $55 because my nails are long. The dip powder process takes pretty much the same amount of time for long or short nails. I was annoyed because when I called to make appointment I advised I had long nails, wasn't told about an additional fee. Their fee for services sign doesn't list it. They are always willing to squeeze you in if you don't have an appointment. The place is always clean and comfortable

I went in just to get my gel polish removed, and it turned into the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I told them multiple times that the gel needed to be properly soaked off, but they wouldn’t listen. Instead, they took a tip nail, shoved it between the gel and my natural nail, and ripped the gel off. My nails were left brutal, cracked, frail, and brittle — and this is especially disappointing because I naturally have very strong nails.
