I’ve been coming to this salon for a while and have always had great experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I got a Gel-X fill just a few days ago, and the application was not done well. The French tip polish already has uneven spots, holes, and is starting to chip after only a couple of days. Terrible communication & service. I called before i came in asking how much acrylic toes with french tip was and I was told $38. I thought it was cheap when i was on the phone but I asked again and said “38?” and the person on the phone said yes. When I was seated and already starting my service the lady informs me that the price is actually 73 dollars because i’m getting acrylic and french tip and that regular pedicure was only 38. The issues I have: service price changes & customer service while at your appointment. I have long natural nails. The dip powder price on the board is $45. When I went a few weeks ago, I was told $55 because my nails are long. The dip powder process takes pretty much the same amount of time for long or short nails. I was annoyed because when I called to make appointment I advised I had long nails, wasn't told about an additional fee. Their fee for services sign doesn't list it.
