The guy that’s stationed at the front desk was very harsh on my nail and we did acrylic and the acrylic is peeling at the cuticles. He also was very rude for example the one time when i heard my baby cousin on the phone I looked behind me to say hi and he said,and I quote “Can’t you just sit still for 5 minutes?” By the way my hand were in the dryer,and when the person with the phone came near for me to say hi the nail tech sighed.I do nails as well and I can do a better blooming flower then that! I have been going to Sunshine about 3-4 times per year for a while now. Normally I'm very satisfied with the experience, although it is a bit pricey for certain things...but not a big deal because I'm usually happy when I leave. This time though it was a different story. I got a pedicure here to treat myself and my mom and I am disappointed in the results that I got. Very roughly polished and they didn’t clean them up. Was really looking forward to this and i don’t really treat myself and it really just feels like a waste of money.
I had a very impressive experience at this Spa, from the time I called to book an appointment to the time my nails were finished. Thank you V & V as well as the proprietor who answered my call on the first ring... that was one of the main reason I went there. I recommend them highly.
