I had a very impressive experience at this Spa, from the time I called to book an appointment to the time my nails were finished. Thank you V & V as well as the proprietor who answered my call on the first ring... that was one of the main reason I went there. I recommend them highly.

I managed to get a first-time same day appointment at this place, after moving to Welland in July. Typically, I would drive 20 plus minutes to St. Catharines to go to my regular nail salon. I figured however, that it would be best to find a place closer to home with the busy holiday season and winter right around the corner. The environment is clean and welcoming, and the staff is generally pleasant. However, my nail technician, Linda, and I got off to a rough start.
