I’m usually not one to complain but being 8 months pregnant I was very excited for a good pedicure and unfortunately that was definitely not what I received. I came in at about 9:45 on a Friday morning, as soon as I walk in I see 3 employees sleeping in pedicure chairs and at that point I should have walked out. I sat down in the pedicure chair, the man doing my toes got out the tools to push back my cuticles and proceeded to PRETEND to push them back and trim them. I called for a pedicure at 5:30, they told me 6:10. I arrived at 6:00pm and it’s currently 6:47 and I am still waiting. It’s too late to go somewhere else, and this is the single free hour.5 I have for weeks. Dishonest about timeframes, excessive wait, and no communication.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this I had to share because for the first time I actually feel like I was discriminated against. I visited this salon on Sunday for the first time for Dip Powder, the nail tech at first was very nice and pleasant and she did an excellent job ion my nails the shape was perfect and everything. But something switched when I told her that I didn’t want her to use the heating lamp to dry my nails.
