I thought long and hard about this review. I booked this 3 months in advance. I definitely didn't get a good would have been better to have booked it through trivago etc our plane was late we were rang by the reception saying you need to get here soon we close at 8pm but when we arrived the sign clearly stated reception open until 9pm. There was 2 receptionist the tall blonde lady was wonderful the other rolled her eyes when I asked for towels as there was none in the room. The room was very cold.
