April is an amazing, kind person. Love this small quaint home.
We stayed there for about 11 weeks in summer 2019 and found it very nice for its price range. Sunshine Motel is cheaper than anything at the beachfront in the area while provides reasonably decent accommodation. The best thing is location, easy access to the beach, and not so many people on the beach (thanks to no public parkings). Neighbors (in the motel and around) are very quiet.
