I would not recommend purchasing a mobile home here. I can't speak if you purchase directly from the homes owner but if you purchase from the park you then deal with Mike Lewis and Kathy Van Dyck. You cannot trust these two to be honest. You do purchase "as is" but should you not expect ethics and full disclosure? You will not get that here.
