I was having problems with my email and my password and I don’t know how to pronounce his name but it’s JHERICK. He helped me a lot. I kept him on the line probably for a half an hour and he really helped me a lot. He helped me get up another password and he had me get online and pay my bill so he can see if it worked and everything was fine. He was awesome. He was very kind friendly and he was awesome. Thank you.
May seem excessive if you are late but this is also good communication with their tenants. Lots of cameras. Would love access to power such as lights but too many people would take advantage of that and it is now an insurance liability risk. Otherwise, great to deal with.
I highly recommend Waynesboro Self Storage Units. Renting a unit was a hassle-free and easy experience. They had the exact size unit I needed, and everyone I spoke with was kind and courteous. Sincerely, Patti McLaughlin
