I had no problems working with the folks at waynesboro self storage. They were the first company to respond back to me when I did online requests for information and the process was pretty streamlined. The exit process was also easy and like so many other companies, I wasn't charged for any unwarranted fees or partial payments.
They have to be tired of my butt lol. I had several issues finding the location and couldn’t figure out the lock on my own, all of which were my fault. They were very patient with me while helping to make sure that I could get everything figured out. Great facility, easy to get in and out of.
