I've been going to this company's massage parlors for the past year, but yesterday I went to this place and was very disappointed. I made an appointment with a woman named Rose, and she was very rude, indifferent, and had very poor communication and energy. I reported this to the owner. She said she wanted to refund $40 for my satisfaction as a gesture of goodwill, but she doesn't care about money. Having such a disrespectful employee at her place is bad for them.
