I walked them through outlining specifically what I needed done. They quoted a price and said they would come for 6 hours with 3 workers-only two showed up &stayed 5. They only dusted my house- even I can do that! I explained to them it was unsatisfactory/the bathrooms undone/the floorboards never touched etc. etc the very specific things I had asked for.
