Unfortunately, the cleaner never showed up today for my morning move-out cleaning. I called the dispatcher about an hour or so after the previously given arrival time to ask if we were still on and was told that we were. I called again another hour later (about two hours after planned arrival) and was told by the dispatcher that she will try to get a hold of the cleaner.
