I’ve successfully used this company 3 times before. This morning I called and got an appointment for 3:00pm. A text message arrived at 2pm with a link to track the technician’s journey to our house. Gilles arrived at 2:15 and was efficiently done replacing a jammed doorknob latch by 2:30pm. My only regret is forgetting to redeem a $25 service call coupon I had. 😢
Got a new key for my Ford Fusion at almost half the cost of what the dealer wanted to charge. Courteous fast service. Very pleased!
