I had a ficus tree growing into and attaching to my roof, as well as starting to grow under my neighbors fence. I called Mark of Sunshine Landscaping. He was incredibly friendly and efficient. He showed up on time and took down the tree, which really saved my roof and my relationship with my neighbor. I am definitely recommending Mark to all my friends and family.
I have hired several tree trimmers over the past 17 years and although previous guys have been nice I knew it was time to hire an expert! My orange, tangerine and lemon trees were overcrowded, the mango tree was way too big and not fruiting, the star apple tree was completely on our roof and the coconut palm was so high we couldn't reach the good stuff! Mark and crew recently pruned a large tree on our property. The tree was overhanging our garage and every few years Mark would come up and just cut back the parts that could fall onto the building. This year we decided to have the tree properly pruned. When they were done, the tree looked spectacular and unless you saw how much went into the chipper you'd never think anything at all had been done...just the way we wanted it. Mark does fine work and we couldn't be happier with his company.
All of the 5 star reviews here are fake! Lol
Mark has cut trees for me on two occasions. We live along a stream and access to the cut area is down a 12' slope and across the stream. He is a skilled arborist and good at rigging. He has specialized heavy equipment also that helped with the project. For me, it was the fact that the crew used safety gear, hard hats, etc. Everything worked out as planned and on schedule. Good work.
