We stayed at your GREAT location at the end of April, It was without a doubt the BEST weekend for us. The place had EVERYTHING anyone would need PLUS more, there are some places that just check ALL of the boxes and this is one........ We are planning to return for more of the same. Adults only w 2 limit. Excellent NEW; clean and personable w owner on site Returned July 2025 and surprised to see, after yet another 2 hurricanes they had this place in tip top shape. Once again, not only was the owner on site but when we forgot the correct room code, on Saturday nite, she made her way back (14 min drive) to let us in. Banyan was GREAT. Staff was GREAT. Our stay was so memorial we already booked another stay for December. Every thing clean and comfy. Having the full kitchen saved $$$ from eating out every meal. Pool was nice and secluded. Did I mention adults only. Thank you for the great stay.
Quiet, relaxing place. Clean rooms with good location. Close to beach. Would definitely come back.
Will definitely come again!! Room is very nice! Quiet, clean, simple, with very comfortable bed! Pool is good. Located in a great part of Sanibel Island, near restaurants and activities. Location is across the street from the beach, not beachfront. Requires going down a poorly-marked pathway. Service is available, but you have to ask for it. For instance, I stayed a week and no one emptied my trash or made the beds. I'm a tidy person so I liked it, but if you want more attention, you have to reach out. Overall, a nice place.
