I highly recommend this childcare facility to anyone. All of the staff members always greet my child and I as we come and go. Even those who aren’t his teachers. The staff are always so kind and helpful. I know that my child is well taken care of when he is in their care and that the staff will communicate with me about my child in full which gives me peace of mind. My fiance and I were on a waiting list and were called and told they finally had availability for both of our children and they would hold our spot till the paperwork came through. After getting approval from the state they would not answer the phone or call us back after we left several voice mails. We finally went in person and were then told they they didn't have availability till February. The manager of this daycare has been incredibly rude to us. It's the first time my daughter go to the day care, they took care my daughter very good, i love it!!
My grandsons 1st week and bitten by the same child 2 days in a row!! The cameras that they brag about so much were "too grainy" to see anything! With 7 children and 2 teachers, in this class WHY did this happen? Excuse after excuse is given but it boils down to blatant irresponsibility.
The director, Kalinda is the best this center has ever had. I have 4 kids that attend this location and the staff is amazing!! My kids love to come and get so excited to see their teachers. They are so friendly and care so much about your kids! Clean center, friendly/professional staff, and they have cameras which bring extra peace of mind!
