This guy is a scammer … he goes by Thomas and Michael his son it’s a joke run away …He gets money off you to “secure a spot” then he says he will write you a check … refund if you have to cancel . Missed a lot of things, seemed in a hurry. Wanted to terminate the inspection early due to a couple of wasps in the breaker.
Great friendly conversation, he made me feel I tuned with the inspection throughly, will be using him again 10/10 a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and it’s worth it
I was recently looking to get a home inspection when I came across Thomas. I believe he’s the owner? I’m not sure what was wrong but I heard him yelling on the phone to someone about something to do with custody? Not sure what was going on there but his tone and his demeanor were very scary for me. Beware.
