I agree if I had 100 Stars I would give it to you. I had Sunshine out on Friday (rain and all) and Ted the techician had to replace a motor, capcitor, and other stuff. He was professional and explained everything to me and showed me the parts. I would especially recommend them to the Elderly they are HONEST, DEPENDABLE AND REASONABLE. Where do you find that at now a days? I was truly impressed and I will have them back in January to replace my unit! You can't go wrong with them they are Great!

I called Sunshine Heating & A/C for annual service. Ted was the name of the service tech & he was here about an hour. When he left my A/c seemed to work more effeciently than before even though my unit is very old. Very happly with service.
At first with all the 4-5 stars I was hesitant if the ratings were "real" or just the company just pumping up their reviews. I was very surprisingly wrong after my experience. After calling to get someone to look at our leaking/clogged ac unit, the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and could have someone show up today. After less than 2 hrs, someone was at my house and gave a welcoming attitude. He proceeded to walking me thru all issues he found and his recommendations. It was a nice surprise to find a professional, honest and knowledge firm as Sunshine Heating and Air C.. They were in time, efficient and no BS. In 4 hours they replaced my old ( 33 years AC) at a very honest price. I will recommend this Firm to all my friend and family.
My best friend referred me to Sunshine this past week-she has used them for many years and I called her in desperation for a referral. My A/C broke and I was looking for a good service company. I called several places and was not able to get an apt for 2/3 days. I found Sunshine on YP.com and gave them a call. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I got. I spoke with Judy and she was very knowledgeable and I might say funny too! I was so pleased the first time they came out, I knew for certain I would call them the next time. Well, after a couple years, the "next time" came yesterday, and the service was even BETTER! The tech who came, Wes Jr., was outrageously knowledgeable. He explained things thoroughly enough to satisfy even me.
