i have wavy hair and wanted it permanently straightened, it was $350 and it’s still wavy after the treatment. stylist claimed it was because of my hormones from having a kid (4 months pp btw) and i’ve just never heard of that before & i looked it up it’s not typically true. also if she knew that my “hormones” wouldn’t keep my hair straight wouldn’t she have declined the treatment to me?… i’ve asked for a refund or at least a partial one and was ignored. i tried to be nice about it but i couldn’t help but feel disappointed af... read more

Oh my gosh! So I have been afraid to get my hair cut in Columbia for the last 5 years I have continue to drive to Kansas City. On a whim I reached out to do color services etc. I did not make an appointment for those services yet, I had a hair emergency l; I needed it cut bad! I’ve never had someone use shears actually made for curly hair before and it made such a difference! I went in for a haircut, usually I leave wanting to cry because the result isn’t what I wanted, but I got exactly what I asked for and felt amazing leaving the chair 🤩

Absolutely loved my experience! Very down to earth individual and open to all questions. She did great with explaining everything as well. Will 100% be going back and giving all my trust to her with my hair.
