Take time to help customers. On multiple occasions I have been at the location or on the phone with questions and they (in particular one individual) is not only unhelpful, but rude. I can see this person is very knowledgeable but never has time nor patience to help someone. He is ALWAYS too busy. Wonder if it ever dawned on him that answering questions and being helpful is what makes you busy in the first place !?!
