I’m extremely disappointed with this store. The jewelry I purchased was advertised as high quality, but it fell apart and faded far too quickly. For the price I paid, the quality was unacceptable. > What made the experience even worse was the lack of accountability. When I reached out for help, the lady was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no real effort to resolve the issue or stand behind their products. Run DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE..

This shop is horrible. We bought a necklace from them in March and the attendant looked kind of shady when she put it in the box and bagged it. I asked to see it again and she said oh it’s no problem, I just was making sure the box was closed. We did not realize until we got back to Austin that the necklace was broken. Because we live in Austin, we were unable to bring it in right away, so I just got an opportunity this past weekend, the Fourth of July weekend. Silver bracelet tarnished and they made me pay five dollars to get more material. Silver was supposed to be sterling silver, which is supposed to be non-tarnishing. Told me I burned the entire bracelet!! Insane the only part that didn’t have an issue with color change was the part I “burned” I was making it into a forever bracelet! The jump ring was still perfect silver! This place is a scam!!!!
