The foundation of my home was in need of major repairs. My home is on the downslope of the hill. The old foundation was only 18 to 24 feet deep. It had major cracks and rusted rebar. In order to correct this the foundation had to be replaced. The city, due to landslides in the area, required the foundation to be 11 feet deep with the accompanying rebar. Sunshine Foundation Repair. undertook this project and did an excellent job. The project passed inspection with no hiccups.
Thankful I found sunshine foundation repairs. They were able to not only squeeze in my initial inspection same day I called, but also squeezed in my job within weeks. We did a seismic retrofit and replaced a few girder beams and piers. The city inspection was fast and easy and they complimented the work. Thank you Lee, Ram, and the whole crew and staff!
Sunshine Foundation exceeded everything and more when it came to our house foundation issues. Our house had extreme settlement issues and when I say extreme I mean 7 inches of settlement on one side and over 3 inches on the other.
