I received a gift card for the holidays for this place. I would not be able to use their services and went in with my son to ask for a refund since he was guaranteed that we can get a refund if I did not want to use the gift card. First their tried to say there was not any reference that the gift card was purchased with cash then refused any refund on the gift card and they would not assist me in any way.
