We used Sunshine Exteriors to replace our siding & roof 6 or seven years back. They were easy to work with and did great work. When we recently detected a leak over our family room ceiling, we called Sunshine Exteriors for inspection and determine solution. The roof was fine and source was found to be a quick fix with additional caulking. Happy once again with their response and follow up. Recommend them to anyone wanting roofing, siding or gutter work.
I would think twice about having Sunshine give even an estimate. After a recent storm they showed up at our house and offered to do an inspection to see if we had damage. Upon completion we were told we had damage and we should file an insurance claim. the insurance company sent out an adjustor who told us we had minimum damage and she would try and retract the claim. we were subsequently told it could not be retracted. To whom it may concern: The homeowner’s home was inspected after the 07/21/17 micro burst 3” hail storm that damaged thousands of homes across Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg, Streamwood, and Itasca. The customer’s home had hail damage to various roof components which included skylights, ventilation covers, and roof shingles. The customer was informed of the damage and decided to file a claim. Were so happy of the job well done in our house, it's very nice, they patch up missing insulation .Sorrounding area are all Clean up. Crew are courteous too.
Sunshine Exteriors did an outstanding job inspecting my roof at a short notice after high winds had blown the roof shingles and went out of their way to repair it on a Sunday before the expected snow on Monday. They were extremely professional and did not try to up-sell me a costlier service or repair. Highly recommended!
We used Sunshine Exteriors to replace our siding and gutters back in 2008. They were easy to work with and did great work. When our roof was damaged this year (2016), we called Sunshine Exteriors to give us a quote because we were impressed with the work they had already done for us. They worked with our insurance company and took the hassle of that off our shoulders. Our new roof looks great. Would recommend them to everyone.
We had a problem with our siding that was installed 8years ago and had a 5 year warranty. I called Sunshine and they came out right away and fixed the problem and did not charge us. Thank you for your great costumer service!
