My experience is they are far from experts. I requested an adjustment for the arms on both my awnings. The technician they initially scheduled quit the night before and they sent another individual. it was easy to tell he didn't know what he was doing and while working on one arm he removed the bolt too far causing the arm to snap open striking him in the wrist causing him extreme pain.
