Worst business we have ever dealt with. Contracted for awnings on July 1, 2019; as of December 17 the third awning is still not installed and we only get excuses and we have not been able to use another awning because they are waiting for a part. Buyer beware of this business!!!!
My experience is they are far from experts. I requested an adjustment for the arms on both my awnings. The technician they initially scheduled quit the night before and they sent another individual. it was easy to tell he didn't know what he was doing and while working on one arm he removed the bolt too far causing the arm to snap open striking him in the wrist causing him extreme pain. they should be honest with their customers, they should finish work that has been contacted for, they should have managers and leadership that is willing to talk to customers that have concerns and issues with their company. never ever should anyone do business with this company. very dishonest business. slow, sloppy even a tad incompetent I can understand but just can not see why any business that wants to be successful would operate so dishonestly and deceptively.

RecommendedUsed Sunshine Experts last summer to make/install custom shades for my new patio extension ... 3 of the panels were over 22 ft. in length ... huge! They are AWESOME! best $ spent on AZ house so far! Shane was my project manager and he was EXCELLENT! He worked closely with my contractor to design exactly what I wanted. I am SO HAPPY with the sun shades and with the service from Shane and his installation crew! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sunshine Experts!
Extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and delays getting a Motorized screen that's less that a year old replaced.Office Manager refuses to return my calls or emails
When we bought our place, there was a very old solatube in the bathroom and didn't let much light in the room. I called to schedule a time when someone could come out and give us an estimate. Service tech was in the area and here within 2 hours. He replaced needed parts and we're very happy. He was knowledgeable, fast and cleaned up when he was done. Randy was a great representative of your company.
We had Jesus come out and install a solatube into our hallway this morning and we are very happy! He was very professional, honest, and helpful. The install process was smooth, and I would absolutely recommend Sunshine Experts to anyone in the market.
