I had a good experience with the doctor however the way they do insurance is weird. They’ve owed me money for months and do not respond when I reach out for a refund even though I was over charged and my insurance paid them already…
Although I’ve had a few good experiences here, all that was wiped away when I showed up to have my sutures removed and elected not to have another mole removed due to moving out of state the following week and attending a going away pool party by friends before leaving. It was recommended by the Dr. to not submerge myself in the water so I elected to not have the procedure WHILE I was there for suture removal of the previous procedure. I brought my mom and I for our annual skin exam. I’m also struggling since 30+ years with Melasma. . She cut my mom a retinol script and a hydroquinone script and requested a blood test. I’ve started having hair loss after Covid and hoping she can treat this too. Not friendly, but I believe a great practitioner.
The office only takes cash, Zelle and checks . They don’t have a machine to process any type of cards , not even my HSA debit card ( card that pays for medical expenses) . The front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. I will not come back. There are plenty of dermatologists in the Wellington Area.
