I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I called to cancel my appointment 22 hours in advance, and because it wasn’t a full 24 hours, I’m now being charged a $50 cancellation fee. What’s frustrating is that this rigid policy seems to matter more than patient relationships. With nearly a full day’s notice, the office had more than enough time to fill the slot—likely with an insured patient that would generate significantly more than $50. had a very disappointing experience at Sunshine Dermatology in Wellington. I arrived for my scheduled appointment expecting a professional and welcoming environment, but unfortunately the customer service was extremely poor. The receptionist did not demonstrate basic courtesy or an understanding of how to treat patients respectfully. First impressions matter, especially in a medical office where patients may already feel anxious or vulnerable. Dr. Wang and her team are amazing. They treat you like family!
Phenomenal experience! The doctor is knowledgeable and kind, the facility is pristine and very clean, and appointments are always on time. I especially appreciate that there’s rarely more than one patient waiting. Highly recommend!
Amazing place- they treat me great, and have helped a lot with any issues I came to them with. Definitely recommend!! Dr. Aphia Wang is amazing, and Ms. Tracy at the front is also very kind and amazing!
