On 1/31/26, while upstairs, my friends and I were minding our own business and having a good time, not bothering anyone. Out of nowhere, an employee named Natalie (brunette hair, glasses) from the upstairs bar aggressively pushed through us with a large water jug, yelling "MOVE" in a very rude and obnoxious tone. Natalie is extremely rude and has horrible customer service. I saw her pretty much shove through people for no reason. You guys definitely lost sales that night due to her actions and hostility. Ruined the atmosphere for a good sec.
Good spot. Plenty of room and 4 pool tables. Beers are expensive though.
I would like to express my deepest disgust with the security in this place since one of them (the tallest one) loves to assume people have a thing for doing “coke” in the restroom and not pee and clean your nose after doing uber for the most part of the night… I will be talking to my lawyer about this since I felt deeply humiliated and racially profiled.
