Edited August 19 2022: Moved to Sunshine clinic after latest debacle with VA Care, so you know my tolerance for shenanigans is pretty high. Do intake appointment and labs, I ask about my thyroid, Low T, and a few other issues. Response from doctor " it's depression" so red flag number one. I walk with a cane knee brace and back brace, and it's rather obvious. Get labs back, they say my cholesterol is high and I need to exercise and eat better. My partner came down with COVID and he is high risk. I called this place once they opened in the morning and they were able to set up a telehealth appointment for early afternoon. Super grateful for their services, they communicated well and worked with our needs. Thank you!
Went here for years when it was Solstice, now their phones don’t work. I couldn’t breathe and tried to get ahold of then for 2 days before going to urgent care. My daughter was seeing a pediatrician there, went to make an appointment via doctors personal cell only to find out she had quit.
Worst clinic I have ever dealt with in my life. Nobody ever answers the phone, it takes days if not weeks to get a response to a voicemail, and the online portal doesn't provide any faster response either. It has been an absolute hassle dealing with this office since day one and there have been no improvements, nor do I think they care to improve.
