I called the toll free number to try to reach someone about my online login today, yes it was after hours and on a Saturday but I needed to talk to someone, and it gave me a survey then hung up on me. Why have a number that only gives your customers a survey that they don't really have a choice in taking? That' ridiculous. Also the fact that they don't have a 24 hr phone line is stupid. The phone system is always screwed up and the new credit cards they sent out do not have the correct customer service number on them. It is very hard to reach a person at times.
