I really wanted to like this coffee shop, especially since it’s one of the most popular places in town, but every experience I’ve had has been disappointing. As a new customer, I felt completely unwelcome. The staff came across as rude and dismissive, and asking simple questions about the menu or drinks seemed to annoy them. The drinks are great, but the last time I went, about a month or two ago, I had gotten to the tip screen, and I have a naturally slow reaction time. The person taking my order clicked a two dollar tip herself, it felt very rude to me, since tips are meant to be voluntary. It was a five dollar drink. I'm not sure if the person taking my order assumed I wouldn't say anything since I'm a teen, but it felt rude.

I'm over 50 yo and wanted an large ice coffee with 7 shots of Expresso and she said she won't serve over 6 shots like she is the Expresso police. I don't support commie business's. I took my money elsewhere for good. Thanks for showing me your colors.
