They destroyed my brand new custom bed comforter. No concern at all. Did not call me back to address it, still charged me full price, did not even offer me a refund. Been a customer since 2006, and they could care less about trying to remedy the situation.
Very friendly and courteous staff! Big disappointment in their stain removing ability! I took in a white shirt with a straight line stain on the sleeve for stain removal and pressing. I needed for a wedding this weekend. When I picked up the shirt, I was told they could not remove the stain... It was even smeared worse than the original. I brought it home and cleaned it with regular household ingredients. Now, I can wear it! Wish I could post the pics here!
