Very thorough with assessment of symptoms and took the time to explain symptoms, testing and treatment
I arrived on time and waited for more than an hour. As I had to wait in the car, kept calling the hotline for a follow-up and nurse told me to sit outside the door (it is cold and winter). I didn’t hesitate as I was next in line. Then another patient arrived and was accommodated first. I am already ill and can’t deal with any of this. I called the nurse and she said doctor probably accommodated the 7pm appt as it was already 7.30pm. So whats the point of being a nurse if you can’t advise the doctor?
